Keldy Ethernet driver is generic and doesn’t depend on PHY.

Other less possible reason of your problem could be PHY clocks, small but outside of tolerance deviation from required frquency could result in occasion link loss. We have verified the assymetric pause is not enabled in the micrel driver. Other times we can go 20 minutes or more without loosing link.
